The Descenders Cycling Club is based in Poway, CA. We love the adventure of cycling the remote and challenging roads in San Diego County, and the mountains of California.

Our Mission is to bike as a team on some of the greatest paved roads in our local community and the mountains of the Southwest. We challenge and improve each other, while having fun. We embrace fellowship and professional networking and are courteous, friendly and interdependent. We give back by supporting the local cycling community and various foundations.
We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our club is an asset to the community.
